Dr. Patrick Ryan is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Randolph community.

As a Gonstead Chiropractor with 13 years experience, Dr. Ryan is committed to promoting the optimal health and well being of  his practice members.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Ryan was recruited to Life University to play rugby.  As a scholarship athlete Patrick learned of the advantages of a properly functioning spine and nervous system with regards performance and injury prevention/rehabilitation.  He was amazed to learn that people can and do live long and healthy lives with out lifestlye medications.

Dr. Ryan uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Ryan is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Ryan is certified in Pediatrics with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and will be sitting for the Diplomate exam June 2010.  Dr. Ryan is also finishing his Wellness Certification this year.

Below Dr. Patrick is pictured teaching infant adjusting to students at Life University.  Dr. Patrick travels across the country twice a year to teach students and other Chiropractors how to adjust children using the Gonstead Method.  Dr. Ryan sits on the Board of Directors of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society and is also a long time member of the Rowe Chiropractic Study Club that meets every Thursday evening in NYC.

Dr. Ryan is also the Past President of the Rainmakers chapter of BNI, and runs a youth flag rugby program in the summer with Black River Rugby.

Dr. Ryan has dedicated his entire life to his family and to becoming the best Chiropractor he can be. 

Dr. Gerri Ryan:

Dr. Gerri Ryan founded Ryan Chiropractic in 1998. She is a native of New Jersey. She has her B.A. from Smith College, where she majored in Art History and Minored in Exercise & Sports Science. She has her doctorate degree from Life University where she met Dr. Patrick Ryan.

She is committed to living the chiropractic lifestyle and raising her two boys, Joseph and Patrick Jr. the same way. She jogs and chases the family dog, Buddy Cosmo, for exercise. Her kitchen is 90% organic and she enjoys cooking healthy nutritious meals for her family. They literally eat off the fat of their yard: grapes, cherries and all varieties of veggies grown in their garden. 

She is passionate about sharing chiropractic with everyone she meets, especially moms & children. She and her family are a living testament that true health comes from within.

Brenda Hickswa:

I first became a new patient of Dr. Gerri's in 1998,  when she founded Ryan Chiropractic. Within  a few months my asthma went away! I became a member of Team Ryan Chiropractic in 1999 to work in the billing department.

I lost my hearing as an infant from a vaccine reaction. I am married and have two sons who are in college. It is a pleasure seeing patients come in for Chiropractic Care which helps them prevent drugs and surgery and realize Optimal Health.

Sarah Slane:

Sarah joined the Ryan Chiropractic team in June of 2009 as a Chirporactic Assistant. She earned her B.A. from Centenary College, where she majored in Graphic Design. 

Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and any type of activity that involves being outside.

Since she has been under Dr. Ryan's care, Sarah has noticed a tremendous change with her allergies - she no longer needs to take any medications! Sarah's next goal, with the help of Dr. Ryan, is to overcome a pre-exisiting hip injury and to get back into running on her own again.

Larry Heisler, M.A., LMT, RMT:

Larry is a massage pioneer in New Jersey. He is the director of  New Jersey Massage, which is one of the premier massage schools in New Jersey. Larry is also the director of The North Jersey Massage Training Center which runs four elite massage therapy facilities, Larry has been a massage practitioner since 1975, and has treated an estimated nearly 50,000 people!
